Embark on an unforgettable 6-8 hour adventure with the Corcovado Region Land and Ocean Wildlife Adventure, a perfect combo tour. Departing from Uvita’s world-famous Whale’s Tail in Bahia Ballena, our journey begins with a scenic boat ride along the stunning Pacific coastline.

As you head towards the heart of Costa Rica’s Osa Peninsula, you may spot playful dolphins, turtles, and whales, depending on the season. Then, upon arriving at Corcovado National Park, you will be briefed by our expert guides and then embark on a captivating hike of 1.5-3 hours through the stunning jungle to view diverse wildlife, including monkeys, pumas, scarlet macaws, and tapirs.

After the hike, enjoy a delicious lunch amidst the park’s natural beauty. As you journey back, soak in the scenic vistas and the abundance of bird species surrounding Violin Island. Whether you’re an avid nature lover or adventure seeker, the Corcovado Region Land and Ocean Wildlife Adventure promises an extraordinary experience.

Corcovado Access Update

Our goal is always to visit the incredible Corcovado National Park. Due to new conservation regulations, entrance permits are issued with strict daily visitor limits, and the park can reach capacity, especially during high season. Park reservations are competitive and processed on a first-come, first-served basis, which is why we require passport information for all passengers well in advance of the tour.

Passports must be provided in advance of the tour or the park will not accept the reservation. No exceptions.

If Corcovado reaches capacity, your tour will instead visit Campanario Biological Station, a private reserve located less than two miles from the park and bordering its protected rainforest. This area features the same untouched jungle environment, abundant wildlife, and expert-guided hike—providing an equally immersive nature experience.

Booking Acknowledgment:
By booking this tour, you acknowledge and accept that, due to park capacity limits, the destination may be changed from Corcovado National Park to Campanario Biological Station. As both locations require advance reservations and permits, this change does not qualify for a refund or cancellation.
